How do I schedule a tour of Emblem Alpharetta?

What lease terms do you offer and what are the requirements to rent an apartment?
Emblem Alpharetta offers 6-13-month lease terms. 
 
What are the requirements to rent an apartment? 
We qualify our prospects based on credit, criminal, and income levels. Please feel free to contact the office to get our formal qualifications and standards. 
 
Can I apply for an apartment online? 
Yes, you can apply online at https://7229291.onlineleasing.realpage.com. Select the floorplan, lease term, and move-in date that works best for you to move into your new home. Then follow the steps to complete your application. 
 
What do you do to prepare my apartment to move in? 
We will complete any maintenance needed, paint, clean, and take care of flooring prior to move in. We provide you a move-in inspection form that is completed with team member's day of move-in. This will allow us to ensure there are no existing concerns in your apartment and to have property documentation.
 
Can I paint or mount my TV in my apartment?
Yes, you can paint and mount a TV in your apartment. The apartment will need to be returned to the condition you received it at move out. 
 
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can pay your rent online in our resident portal: https://parcalpharetta.activebuilding.com/login
 
Do you take debit cards/credit cards or cash?  
Yes, you can pay your rent online with a debit or credit card. Additional fees may be incurred by these providers. We do not accept cash at any time, but you are welcome to drop off a check or other certified funds in the office.  
 
What do I do if I have a maintenance emergency after hours? 
At Emblem Alpharetta, we offer 24/7 emergency maintenance at our community. Call 770-346-9011 after hours and select the prompt for maintenance. You will be connected with our on-call technician who will be able to assist you. 
 
Do I have to be home for maintenance or pest control?  
No, you do not have to be home as long as you have provided permission to enter the apartment while you are not there. 
 
Do your apartments have covered parking? 
Emblem Alpharetta does offer covered parking. We have a controlled-access parking deck that is available to all residents. 
 
Do you have reserved parking for residents?
At Emblem Alpharetta we offer residents the option to purchase reserved parking spots located throughout the parking deck.  Guests can park outside of the parking deck
 
What appliances are included in my apartment? 
Every apartment comes with white Whirlpool washer/dryers, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. 
 
Do you offer any kind of compensation for a resident referral? 
Yes, we offer residents a referral bonus once the new resident moves in. Make sure that you let the staff know when you refer someone so their file can be documented. Ask the office about our special on resident referrals. 
 
Can I terminate my lease before it is over? 
Yes, you can terminate your lease early. We require a 60-day written notice to the office. You can contact the office for a notice to vacate form. Failure to provide written notice will result in longer rent responsibility and other related costs.

What is Home Care? Do you allow me to have Home Care come to the property?
Home Care is hired by the resident or family members to take of an individual who may need medicine, nursing, physical/social therapy, or chores completed around the home. 
Do you allow me to have Home Care come to the property? Yes, you are welcome to hire this service if you would like.
 
What is the difference between active adult, assisted living, and nursing home?
  • Active Adult communities do not provide meals or medical attention. This type of community is aimed at creating an independent living lifestyle
  • Assisted living communities provide more support for housekeeping, meals, and medical care while balancing a residential feel in their community. 
  • Nursing Homes are facilities with 24/7 medical care for seniors.

Emblem Alpharetta is an Active Adult community. Emblem Alpharetta provides a relatively maintenance-free independent living style to those age 55 and over. Our community provides each resident with their own laundry in their apartment, a large master bedroom, and walk-in showers which our residents love! Our renovated apartment homes have quartz counters, plank flooring, and a stainless-steel appliance option. 
Assisted living communities to provide more support for housekeeping, meals, and medical care while balancing a residential feel in their community. Nursing Homes are facilities with 24/7 medical care for seniors. 
 
Does Emblem Alpharetta offer transportation?
We do offer transportation options for our residents. The property has several amazing transportation programs to help our residents get around town. They are free and available around the clock. We have partnered with TOPS and Common Courtesy. 
What is Emblem Alpharetta doing to prevent COVID-19?
Our Emblem Alpharetta team sanitizes all amenity spaces daily (including the elevators).  We require masks in our amenity areas and limit all gathering per our county restrictions. It is our goal to provide a fun and healthy environment.
